And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her
God is with you even when there is no evidence He is. He is walking alongside you. He is working with you. He is going ahead of you to rearrange circumstances in your favor.
His results are always worth waiting for. Without scams and games He accomplishes His purpose in our lives, and all He asks us to do is trust and obey.
Admit how you feel. That doesn’t mean sitting around wallowing in negativity; it means trusting God enough to acknowledge how you really feel. Pretending things are fine when they’re not, makes it harder to get back up. We all have down times.
When God has a job that needs to be done, could He call on you? Would you be prepared? And willing? ‘If anybody asks you why you believe as you do, be ready to tell him.’ As God’s army our goal is to win souls for Christ.
Sometimes the best thing to do is—turn the situation over to God. ‘Yes, but what about all those go-getters who rise with the sun, skip breakfast, and break records while I’m just “giving it to God”?
‘When life kicks you, let it kick you forward.’ Refuse to accept defeat. Remember, you’ll be rewarded for what you finished, not for what you started.
He will guide you through the valley of the shadow of death. Don’t be afraid of shadows, for they are only dark eclipses created by threatening mountains
‘In due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.’ Galatians 6:9 NKJV. The Bible says, ‘Capture… rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.’
