Dealing with ancestral spirits

“Then Lamech said to his wives: “Adah and Zillah, hear my voice; wives of Lamech, listen to my speech! For I have killed a man for wounding me, even a young man for hurting me. If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, then Lamech seventy-sevenfold” (Genesis 4:23, 24).

This is like father like son spirit.
If you consider the Scripture above, Lamech was a descendant of Cain who killed Abel his own brother (Genesis 4:8). But Lamech did not only kill a man, he boasted with it as if it was a family tradition to kill. Ancestral spirit is the spirit that controls and makes a family lineage maintain evil patterns and slow down their progress.

PRAYER POINTS

• Today, I come against and defeat every like father like son or mother like daughter spirit running in my bloodline in Jesus’ name.
• Today, I authoritatively declare that I am not a part taker of the evil that flows in my bloodline in Jesus’ name.
• I today declare that what stopped my fathers will not stop me in Jesus’ name.
• Today, by Scripture I take my stand against every ancestral spirit and inheritance in my family bloodline in Jesus name.
• I declare today, that what no one could do in my family, I will be the first to do it in Jesus’ name.
• I declare that the breakthroughs, nobody could have in my family that I shall have them in Jesus’ name.
• I consciously remove my name from the abominations in my father and mother’s lineage in Jesus’ name.
• Today O Lord, expose and reveal open to me every ancestral code, secret, and covenant hidden in my family bloodline in Jesus’ mighty name.
• The contrary wind blowing in my family bloodline will henceforth cease to blow in my life and that of my love ones in Jesus’ name.
• I today bring my life, my husband, my children, the future of my generation and all that is mine under the precious blood and covenant made in the blood of Jesus Christ.
• By the prevailing blood of Jesus Christ, I hereby alienate and disengage from all forms of satanic and ancestral entanglement and webs in my life and family in Jesus’ name.
• Today by the power in the blood of Jesus Christ, I overthrow all satanic forces and influences controlling my life and my family bloodline in Jesus’ name.
• I command the evil exchange of life and destiny going on in my father and mother’s house to cease from today in Jesus’ name.
• Father God be totally enthroned in my life and family in Jesus’ name.
• Thank you Lord for answers to my prayers.
