There is a time period between calling and separation called preparation. Remember, the calling is sovereign and comes from God through the Holy Ghost, but the preparation is dependent upon your response to the call.
Maybe you haven’t used those exact words, but are there areas in your life you’d just as soon He didn’t get involved in? If we put into words our secret thoughts, mightn’t they sound something like this?

How did Moses do it? Spiritually speaking, where are you today? Are you feeling shaky in areas where you once stood strong? Are you giving in to temptation, fear, mood-swings, or the opinions of others because you’re tired of their disapproval?
Becoming more unselfish begins with the decision to stop thinking about yourself so much and start looking for ways to help others. If you want to become more Christlike and unselfish, start doing these two things:
